2018-24585 Tin Oxide; Exemption From the Requirement of a Tolerance Rule This regulation establishes an exemption from the requirement of a tolerance for residues of tin oxide (CAS Reg. No. 18282-10-5) when used as an inert ingredient (seed treatment colorant) not to exceed 40% by weight in pesticide formulations applied to growing crops. Exponent on behalf of Aceto Corporation submitted a petition to EPA under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FFDCA), requesting establishment of an exemption from the requirement of a tolerance.
