2018-19864 Public Information Proposed Rule The Food and Drug Administration (FDA, we, or Agency) is proposing to amend its public information regulations. The proposed rule will revise the current regulations to incorporate changes made to the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) by the Openness Promotes Effectiveness in our National Government Act of 2007 (OPEN Government Act) and the FOIA Improvement Act of 2016 (FOIA Improvement Act).
