2018-14075 Adoption of Recommendations Notice The Administrative Conference of the United States adopted three recommendations at its Sixty-Ninth Plenary Session. The appended recommendations address: Paperwork Reduction Act Efficiencies; Severability in Agency Rulemaking (formerly titled Minimizing the Cost of Judicial Review; and Electronic Case Management in Federal Administrative Adjudication. A fourth recommendation on the topic of Administrative Judges was recommitted to the committee of jurisdiction for further consideration.
