The review covers two exporters and/or producers of the subject merchandise: SeAH Steel Corporation (SeAH) and LS Metal Co., Ltd. (LS Metal). The Department preliminarily determines that during the POR SeAH made sales of subject merchandise at less than normal value and LS Metal had no shipments.
