Specifically, the SIP revision includes new requirements pertaining to the regulation of particulate matter with an aerodynamic diameter less than or equal to 2.5 micrometer (PM<INF>2.5</INF>) and the regulation of Greenhouse Gases (GHGs) under New York's Part 231, "New Source Review for New and Modified Facilities;" Part 201, "Permits and Registrations;" and amendments to Part 200, "General Provisions," of Title 6 of the Official Compilation of Codes, Rules and Regulations of the State of New York (6 NYCRR). The SIP revision will make the SIP consistent with existing federal requirements.
