EPA is proposing to approve the State's plan for maintaining attainment of the 2008 8-hour ozone standard in the Area, including the motor vehicle emission budgets (MVEBs) for nitrogen oxides (NO<INF>X</INF>) and volatile organic compounds (VOC) for the years 2014 and 2030 for the Area, and incorporate it into the SIP, and to redesignate the Area to attainment for the 2008 8-hour ozone NAAQS.
