2016-30474 Determination of Attainment of the 2008 Ozone National Ambient Air Quality Standards; Mariposa County, California Proposed Rule The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to determine that the Mariposa County, California Moderate Nonattainment Area (NAA) has attained the 2008 8-hour ozone National Ambient Air Quality Standards (NAAQS or "standards"). If the determination is finalized as proposed, any unfulfilled obligations to submit revisions to the state implementation plan (SIP) related to attainment of the 2008 ozone standards for the Mariposa County NAA will be suspended for as long as the area continues to meet those standards. 2016-12-21 2016 12 https://www.federalregister.gov/documents/2016/12/21/2016-30474/determination-of-attainment-of-the-2008-ozone-national-ambient-air-quality-standards-mariposa-county https://www.govinfo.gov/content/pkg/FR-2016-12-21/pdf/2016-30474.pdf Environmental Protection Agency 145 The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to determine that the Mariposa County, California Moderate Nonattainment Area (NAA) has attained the 2008 8-hour ozone National Ambient Air Quality Standards (NAAQS or "standards").
