2016-29236 Phosphoric Acid Manufacturing and Phosphate Fertilizer Production Risk and Technology Review Proposed Rule This action proposes amendments to the National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants (NESHAP) for the Phosphoric Acid Manufacturing and Phosphate Fertilizer Production source categories.
