2016-27209 Di-n-butyl Adipate; Exemption From the Requirement of a Tolerance Rule This regulation establishes an exemption from the requirement of a tolerance for residues of di-n-butyl adipate (CAS Reg. No. 105-99- 7) when used as an inert ingredient (plasticizer) at a concentration of not more than 25% by weight in pesticide formulations intended for varroa mite control around bee hives. Bayer Healthcare, LLC submitted a petition to EPA under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FFDCA), requesting establishment of an exemption from the requirement of a tolerance.
