2016-17293 National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants for the Portland Cement Manufacturing Industry Rule The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is taking direct final action to amend the National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants for the Portland Cement Manufacturing Industry.
