2016-01994 Proposed Information Collection Request; Comment Request; Application for Registration and Pesticide Report for Pesticide-Producing and Device-Producing Establishments Notice The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is planning to submit an information collection request (ICR), "Application for Registration and Pesticide Report for Pesticide-Producing and Device- Producing Establishments" (EPA ICR No. 0160.11, OMB Control No. 2070- 0078) to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review and approval in accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act (44 U.S.C. 3501 et seq.). Before doing so, EPA is soliciting public comments on specific aspects of the proposed information collection as described below. This is ICR is scheduled to expire on March 31, 2016.
