2015-32616 Regulated Navigation Area; Reporting Requirements for Barges Loaded With Certain Dangerous Cargoes, Illinois Waterway System Located Within the Ninth Coast Guard District; Expiration of Stay (Suspension) and Administrative Changes Rule Through this interim rule, the Coast Guard is providing administrative changes to the existing reporting requirements under the Regulated Navigation Area (RNA) applicable to barges loaded with certain dangerous cargoes on the Illinois Waterway System in the Ninth District area of responsibility. The current stay of reporting requirements under the RNA is scheduled to expire on December 31, 2015.
