2015-31703 Establishing the Form and Manner with which Security-Based Swap Data Repositories Must Make Security-Based Swap Data Available to the Commission Proposed Rule The Securities and Exchange Commission ("SEC" or "Commission") is publishing for comment a proposed amendment to specify the form and manner with which security-based swap data repositories ("SDRs") will be required to make security-based swap ("SBS") data available to the Commission under Exchange Act Rule 13n- 4(b)(5).
