This is a proposed extension of the ICR, which is currently approved through October 31, 2015. Public comments were previously requested via the Federal Register on May 8, 2015. This notice allows for an additional 30 days for public comments. This ICR renewal covers state, local and tribal (state) air quality operating permitting programs under 40 CFR part 70, as authorized under Title V of the Clean Air Act (CAA or Act) for the period of November 1, 2015, through October 31, 2018. A fuller description of the ICR is given below, including its estimated burden and cost to the public.
