2015-25298 Endangered and Threatened Wildlife and Plants; Proposed Endangered Status for Five Species From American Samoa Proposed Rule We, the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (Service), propose to list as endangered species two endemic American Samoan land snails, the American Samoa distinct population segment of the friendly ground-dove, the Pacific sheath-tailed bat, (South Pacific subspecies), and the mao, under the Endangered Species Act (Act).
