2015-05330 Endangered and Threatened Wildlife and Plants; Taxonomy of the Hawaiian Monk Seal Rule We, the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (Service), are amending the List of Endangered and Threatened Wildlife to reflect the scientifically accepted taxonomy and nomenclature of the Hawaiian monk seal (Neomonachus schauinslandi (=Monachus schauinslandi)).
