2014-27126 National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants: Coal- and Oil-Fired Electric Steam Generating Units Rule The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is taking direct final action to amend the National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants: Coal- and Oil-Fired Electric Steam Generating Units (Mercury and Air Toxics Standards (MATS)).
