2014-26079 Approval and Promulgation of Implementation Plans; State of Missouri, Controlling Emissions During Episodes of High Air Pollution Potential Proposed Rule The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is taking direct final action to approve a revision submitted by the State of Missouri and received by EPA on December 17, 2013, pertaining to Missouri's rule "Controlling Emissions During Episodes of High Air Pollution Potential." This rule specifies conditions that establish air pollution alerts and emergency alert levels, and associated procedures and emission reduction objectives statewide.
