2014-14030 Review of New Sources and Modifications in Indian Country Amendments to the Registration and Permitting Deadlines for True Minor Sources Rule EPA is issuing final amendments to the "Federal Minor New Source Review Program in Indian Country" (we refer to this new source review rule as the "Indian Country Minor NSR Rule"). We are amending the Indian Country Minor NSR Rule in two ways. First, we are extending the NSR minor source permitting deadline for true minor sources in the oil and natural gas sector from September 2, 2014, to March 2, 2016. Second, we are changing the registration deadline for new true minor sources in the oil and natural gas sector to conform with the changes to the NSR minor source permitting deadline.
