We also announce the availability of a draft economic analysis (DEA) of the proposed designation of critical habitat for D. vandenbergensis and an amended required determinations section of the proposal. In addition, in this document, we are proposing revised unit names for the four previously described subunits, and a revised acreage for one subunit based on information we received on the proposal. These revisions result in an increase of approximately 24 acres (10 hectares) in the proposed designation of critical habitat. We are reopening the comment period to allow all interested parties an opportunity to comment simultaneously on the proposed rule, the associated DEA, the amended required determinations section, and the unit revisions described in this document.
