2014-03717 Endangered and Threatened Wildlife and Plants; Determination of Threatened Species Status for the Georgetown Salamander and Salado Salamander Throughout Their Ranges Rule We, the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (Service), determine threatened status for the Georgetown salamander (Eurycea naufragia) and the Salado salamander (Eurycea chisholmensis) under the Endangered Species Act of 1973 (Act), as amended. The effect of this regulation is to conserve the two salamander species and their habitats under the Act. This final rule implements the Federal protections provided by the Act for these species.
