These revisions to the Texas SIP establish the Standard Permit for Installation and/or Modification of Oil and Gas Facilities. EPA proposes to find that these revisions to the Texas SIP comply with the Federal Clean Air Act (the Act or CAA) and EPA regulations and are consistent with EPA policies.
