2013-28365 Chlorsulfuron; Community Right-to-Know Toxic Chemical Release Reporting Proposed Rule EPA is denying a petition to remove chlorsulfuron from the list of chemicals subject to reporting under section 313 of the Emergency Planning and Community Right-to-Know Act (EPCRA) of 1986 and section 6607 of the Pollution Prevention Act (PPA) of 1990. EPA has reviewed the available data on this chemical and has determined that chlorsulfuron does not meet the deletion criterion of EPCRA section 313(d)(3).
