2013-27705 Approval and Promulgation of Air Quality Implementation Plans; Illinois Proposed Rule EPA is proposing to approve a revision to the Illinois state implementation plan (SIP). The submission amends the Illinois Administrative Code by updating the definition of "Volatile organic material (VOM) or Volatile organic compound (VOC)" to add trans- 1,3,3,3-tetra-flouropropene (HFO-1234ze) to the list of compounds excluded from the definition of VOM or VOC.
