2013-26241 D-Glucopyranose, oligomeric, decyl octyl glycosides; Exemption from the Requirement of a Tolerance Rule This regulation establishes an exemption from the requirement of a tolerance for residues of D-Glucopyranose, oligomeric, decyl octyl glycosides when used as an inert ingredient (surfactant) in antimicrobial formulations (food-contact surface sanitizing solutions) applied to food-contact surfaces in public eating places, dairy- processing equipment, and food-processing equipment and utensils. Lewis & Harrison, on behalf of BASF Corporation, submitted a petition to EPA under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FFDCA), requesting establishment of an exemption from the requirement of a tolerance.
