2013-19199 Valuation of Federal Coal for Advance Royalty Purposes and Information Collection Applicable to All Solid Minerals Leases Proposed Rule ONRR proposes new regulations to implement the provisions of the Energy Policy Act of 2005 (EPAct) governing the payment of advance royalty on coal resources produced from Federal leases.
