2013-12556 Designation of National Security Positions in the Competitive Service, and Related Matters Proposed Rule The U.S. Office of Personnel Management (OPM) and the Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI) are proposing to issue regulations regarding designation of national security positions in the competitive service, and related matters. This proposed rule is one of a number of initiatives OPM and ODNI have undertaken to simplify and streamline the system of Federal Government investigative and adjudicative processes to make them more efficient and equitable.
