2013-07873 Oil and Natural Gas Sector: Reconsideration of Certain Provisions of New Source Performance Standards Proposed Rule On August 16, 2012, the EPA published final new source performance standards for the oil and natural gas sector. The Administrator received petitions for reconsideration of certain aspects of the standards. In this notice, the EPA is announcing proposed amendments as a result of reconsideration of certain issues related to implementation of storage vessel provisions.
