2012-6994 Boating Infrastructure Grant Program Proposed Rule We, the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (Service), propose changes in the regulations governing the administration of the national Boating Infrastructure Grant Program (BIG). We are updating the regulations to reflect changes in policy and practice that have occurred since the program's inception in 1998. We are also responding to recommendations received from States carrying out the program, a Federal advisory committee, and organizations with an interest in the program.
