2012-3704 Revisions to Federal Implementation Plans To Reduce Interstate Transport of Fine Particulate Matter and Ozone Rule EPA is taking direct final action on additional revisions to the final Transport Rule (Federal Implementation Plans: Interstate Transport of Fine Particulate Matter and Ozone and Correction of SIP Approvals published August 8, 2011). In the proposed Revisions to Federal Implementation Plans To Reduce Interstate Transport of Fine Particulate Matter and Ozone, published October 14, 2011, EPA sought additional comment on unit-level operational information similar to the information supporting the proposed revisions, which specifically addressed post-combustion pollution control equipment and immediate- term operational requirements necessitating non-economic generation based on verifiable data.
