New Jersey-Long Island, NY-NJ-CT fine particle (PM<INF>2.5</INF>) nonattainment area for the 2006 24-hour PM<INF>2.5</INF> National Ambient Air Quality Standard (NAAQS) has attained the 2006 24-hour PM<INF>2.5</INF> NAAQS. The determination of attainment will suspend the requirements for the New York-N.
