Agraquest, Inc. submitted a petition to the EPA under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FFDCA), requesting an amendment to an existing exemption from the requirement of a tolerance for Bacillus subtilis strain QST 713 to include residues of products containing Bacillus subtilis strain QST 713 variant soil in or on all agricultural commodities.
