| 2012-29106 | Alkyl(C8-C18) dimethylamidopropylamines; Exemption From the Requirement of a Tolerance | Rule | This regulation establishes an exemption from the requirement of a tolerance for residues of the N-alkyl(C<INF>8</INF>- C<INF>18</INF>) dimethylamidopropylamines where the alkyl group is linear and may be saturated and/or unsaturated when used as an inert ingredient at levels not to exceed 20% in herbicide formulations applied to growing crops. Dow AgroSciences, LLC, submitted a petition to EPA under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FFDCA), requesting establishment of an exemption from the requirement of a tolerance. This regulation eliminates the need to establish a maximum permissible level for residues of the N-alkyl(C<INF>8</INF>- C<INF>18</INF>) dimethylamidopropylamines. | 2012-12-06 | 2012 | 12 | https://www.federalregister.gov/documents/2012/12/06/2012-29106/alkylc8-c18-dimethylamidopropylamines-exemption-from-the-requirement-of-a-tolerance | https://www.govinfo.gov/content/pkg/FR-2012-12-06/pdf/2012-29106.pdf | Environmental Protection Agency | 145 | This regulation establishes an exemption from the requirement of a tolerance for residues of the N-alkyl(C<INF>8</INF>- C<INF>18</INF>) dimethylamidopropylamines where the alkyl group is linear and may be saturated and/or unsaturated when used as an... |
