2012-27226 Revisions to the California State Implementation Plan, South Coast Air Quality Management District Proposed Rule EPA is proposing to approve revisions to the South Coast Air Quality Management District (SCAQMD) portion of the California State Implementation Plan (SIP). These revisions concern volatile organic compound (VOC) emissions from architectural coatings.
