2012-23138 Protection of Stratospheric Ozone: Listing of Substitutes for Ozone-Depleting Substances-Fire Suppression and Explosion Protection Rule EPA is taking direct final action to list substitutes for ozone-depleting substances (ODSs) in the fire suppression and explosion protection sector as acceptable subject to use restrictions under the EPA's Significant New Alternatives Policy program.
