As part of this reorganization, on October 1, 2010, the Secretary established the Office of Natural Resources Revenue (ONRR) within the Office of the Assistant Secretary--Policy, Management and Budget (PMB). At the same time, ONRR reorganized its regulations from chapter II of title 30 of the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) to chapter XII.
