2011-765 National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants From the Portland Cement Manufacturing Industry and Standards of Performance for Portland Cement Plants Proposed Rule The EPA is taking action on amendments to the National Emissions Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants (NESHAP) and Standards of Performance (NSPS) for Portland Cement Plants. The final rules were published on September 9, 2010. This action amends certain text in the final rules to clarify compliance dates and to restore the previously issued emission limits that we changed in the September 9, 2010 action.
