2011-33591 Proposed Confidentiality Determinations for Data Elements Under the Mandatory Reporting of Greenhouse Gases Rule Proposed Rule This action re-proposes confidentiality determinations for the data elements under the Mandatory Greenhouse Gas Reporting Rule. On July 7, 2010, EPA proposed confidentiality determinations for data elements and is issuing this re-proposal today due to significant changes to certain data elements. In addition, EPA is proposing confidentiality determinations for seven new data elements that are not inputs to equations.
