2011-31653 Public Hearings for 2017 and Later Model Year Light-Duty Vehicle Greenhouse Gas Emissions and Corporate Average Fuel Economy Standards Proposed Rule EPA and NHTSA are announcing public hearings to be held for the joint proposed rules "2017 and Later Model Year Light-Duty Vehicle Greenhouse Gas Emissions and Corporate Average Fuel Economy Standards," published in the Federal Register on December 1, 2011. The agencies will also accept comment on NHTSA's Draft Environmental Impact Statement (Draft EIS), available on NHTSA's Web site at http:// www.nhtsa.gov/fuel-economy. Three hearings will be held, on January 17, January 19, and January 24, 2012.
