2011-29587 Polyethylene Glycol; Tolerance Exemption Rule This regulation establishes an exemption from the requirement of a tolerance for residues of [alpha]-Hydro-[omega]- hydroxypoly(oxyethylene), minimum number average molecular weight (in amu), 17,000; also known as polyethylene glycol, when used as an inert ingredient in a pesticide chemical formulation. Clariant Corporation submitted a petition to EPA under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FFDCA), requesting an exemption from the requirement of a tolerance.
