No. 1260001-65-7), also known as methacrylic polymer, when used as an inert ingredient in a pesticide chemical formulation under 40 CFR 180.960. AkzoNobel Surface Chemistry LLC submitted a petition to EPA under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FFDCA), requesting an exemption from the requirement of a tolerance.
