2011-28952 Methacrylic Polymer; Tolerance Exemption Rule This regulation establishes an exemption from the requirement of a tolerance for residues of 2-Propenoic acid, 2-methyl-, telomer with 2-ethylhexyl 2-propenoate, 2-propanol and sodium 2-methyl-2-[(1- oxo-2-propen-1-yl) amino]-1-propanesulfonate (1:1), sodium salt (CAS Reg. No. 1260001-65-7), also known as methacrylic polymer, when used as an inert ingredient in a pesticide chemical formulation under 40 CFR 180.960. AkzoNobel Surface Chemistry LLC submitted a petition to EPA under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FFDCA), requesting an exemption from the requirement of a tolerance.
