2011-28388 Revisions to the California State Implementation Plan, San Joaquin Valley Unified Air Pollution Control District Rule EPA is finalizing approval of revisions to the San Joaquin Valley Unified Air Pollution Control District (SJVUAPCD) portion of the California State Implementation Plan (SIP). This revision was proposed in the Federal Register on June 30, 2011 and concerns volatile organic compound (VOC) and particulate matter (PM) emissions from commercial charbroilers.
