2011-238 Asian Longhorned Beetle; Additions to Quarantined Areas in Massachusetts and New York Rule We are adopting as a final rule, without change, an interim rule that amended the Asian longhorned beetle (ALB) regulations by adding a portion of Worcester County, MA, to the list of quarantined areas and updating the description of the quarantined area in the Borough of Staten Island in the City of New York, NY.
