2011-22035 Minimum Internal Control Standards for Class II Gaming Rule The National Indian Gaming Commission ("NIGC") announces the delay of the effective date on the final rule for Minimum Internal Control Standards for Class II Gaming. The final rule was first published in the Federal Register on October 10, 2008. The Commission delayed the effective date for portions of the final rule on October 9, 2009, and September 10, 2010.
