2010-7674 Endangered and Threatened Wildlife and Plants; 12-month Finding on a Petition To List the Mountain Whitefish in the Big Lost River, Idaho, as Endangered or Threatened Proposed Rule We, the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (Service), announce a 12-month finding on a petition to list the mountain whitefish (Prosopium williamsoni) in the Big Lost River, Idaho, as endangered or threatened under the Endangered Species Act of 1973, as amended. After review of all available scientific and commercial information, we find that the mountain whitefish in the Big Lost River does not constitute a listable entity under the Act and, therefore, listing is not warranted. However, we ask the public to continue to submit to us any new information that becomes available concerning the taxonomy, biology, ecology, and status of the mountain whitefish in the Big Lost River, and to support cooperative conservation of mountain whitefish within its historical range in the Big Lost River. 2010-04-06 2010 4 https://www.federalregister.gov/documents/2010/04/06/2010-7674/endangered-and-threatened-wildlife-and-plants-12-month-finding-on-a-petition-to-list-the-mountain https://www.govinfo.gov/content/pkg/FR-2010-04-06/pdf/2010-7674.pdf Interior Department; Fish and Wildlife Service 253,197 We, the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (Service), announce a 12-month finding on a petition to list the mountain whitefish (Prosopium williamsoni) in the Big Lost River, Idaho, as endangered or threatened under the Endangered Species Act of 1973, as...
