2010-32981 Proposed Amendments to the Water Quality Regulations, Water Code and Comprehensive Plan To Provide for Regulation of Natural Gas Development Projects Proposed Rule The Delaware River Basin Commission ("Commission") proposes to amend its Water Quality Regulations ("WQR"), Water Code and Comprehensive Plan by adding a new Article 7 to the WQR providing for the conservation and development of water resources of the Delaware River Basin during the implementation of natural gas development projects.
