2010-32236 Special Conditions: Gulfstream Model GVI Airplane; High Incidence Protection Proposed Rule This action proposes special conditions for the Gulfstream GVI airplane. This airplane will have novel or unusual design features when compared to the state of technology envisioned in the airworthiness standards for transport category airplanes associated with the use of high incidence protection. The applicable airworthiness regulations do not contain adequate or appropriate safety standards for these design features. These proposed special conditions contain the additional safety standards that the Administrator considers necessary to establish a level of safety equivalent to that established by the existing airworthiness standards. 2010-12-23 2010 12 https://www.federalregister.gov/documents/2010/12/23/2010-32236/special-conditions-gulfstream-model-gvi-airplane-high-incidence-protection https://www.govinfo.gov/content/pkg/FR-2010-12-23/pdf/2010-32236.pdf Transportation Department; Federal Aviation Administration 492,159 This action proposes special conditions for the Gulfstream GVI airplane.
