Sec. 135.263 and 135.267(d). 2010-12-23 2010 12 https://www.federalregister.gov/documents/2010/12/23/2010-32234/interpretation-of-rest-requirements https://www.govinfo.gov/content/pkg/FR-2010-12-23/pdf/2010-32234.pdf Transportation Department; Federal Aviation Administration 492,159 This action proposes to interpret the application of 14 CFR 135.263 and the rest requirements of Sec. 135.267(d) to situations in which a flight crewmember's flight time exceeds the permissible limits due to circumstances beyond his or her control.
