2010-29647 N,N,N′,N″,-Tetrakis-(2-Hydroxypropyl) Ethylenediamine (NTHE); Exemption From the Requirement of a Tolerance Rule This regulation establishes an exemption from the requirement of a tolerance for residues of N,N,N',N",-Tetrakis-(2-Hydroxypropyl) Ethylenediamine (NTHE; CAS no. 102-60-3) when used as an inert ingredient stabilizer for formulation for pre- and post-harvest uses under 40 CFR 180.910 and application to animals under 40 CFR 180.930, at a maximum concentration of 20% by weight in pesticide formulations. The Joint Inerts Task Force (JITF), Cluster Support Team Number 15 (CST 15) EPA Company No. 84947 submitted a petition to EPA under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FFDCA), requesting establishment of an exemption from the requirement of a tolerance.
