| 2010-29625 | Polyoxyalkylated Glycerol Fatty Acid Esters; Tolerance Exemption | Rule | This regulation establishes an exemption from the requirement of a tolerance for residues of polyoxyalkylated glycerol fatty acid esters; the mono-, di-, or triglyceride mixtures of C<INF>8</INF> through C<INF>22</INF>, primarily C<INF>8</INF> through C<INF>18</INF> saturated and unsaturated, fatty acids containing up to 15% water by weight reacted with a minimum of three moles of either ethylene oxide or propylene oxide, also known as polyoxyalkylated glycerol fatty acid esters, when used as an inert ingredient in a pesticide chemical formulation under 40 CFR 180.960. Croda Inc., 315 Cherry Lane, Wilmington, DE submitted a petition to EPA under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FFDCA), requesting an exemption from the requirement of a tolerance. This regulation eliminates the need to establish a maximum permissible level for residues of polyoxyalkylated glycerol fatty acid esters; the mono-, di-, or triglyceride mixtures of C<INF>8</INF> through C<INF>22</INF>, primarily C<INF>8</INF> through C<INF>18</INF> saturated and unsaturated, fatty acids containing up to 15% water by weight reacted with a minimum of three moles of either ethylene oxide or propylene oxide, also known as polyoxyalkylated glycerol fatty acid esters, when used as an inert ingredient in a pesticide chemical formulation on food or feed commodities. | 2010-11-24 | 2010 | 11 | https://www.federalregister.gov/documents/2010/11/24/2010-29625/polyoxyalkylated-glycerol-fatty-acid-esters-tolerance-exemption | https://www.govinfo.gov/content/pkg/FR-2010-11-24/pdf/2010-29625.pdf | Environmental Protection Agency | 145 | This regulation establishes an exemption from the requirement of a tolerance for residues of polyoxyalkylated glycerol fatty acid esters; the mono-, di-, or triglyceride mixtures of C<INF>8</INF> through C<INF>22</INF>, primarily C<INF>8</INF> through... |
